As the sun sets on your day's exhilarating or relaxing activities at the club’s pools, courts, golf course, fitness classes or special spa treatments, drive or stroll on over to our Culinary Center, which houses our casual Barrel House Tap Room & Bar and our epicurean, fine dining Barrel House Bistro and Patio. A friendly atmosphere and great service, culinary experiences and treats await your arrival at one of the special Culinary Center venues.

Tyler Demarest


Food and Beverage Director

Tyler has served in Club leadership roles at Sleepy Hollow Country Club, Old Oaks Country Club and most recently Westchester Hills Golf Club, all which are located in Westchester County, New York. He is also an active member of the Club Management Association of America. Tyler currently resides in Riverview, Florida with his wife Ashleigh, a Registered Nurse and their daughter, Emma. When not at the Club, Tyler can be found spending time with his family, golfing and on the water. Tyler is excited to be of service for all the residents here at Esplanade Golf & Country Club.


Justice Neal


Executive Chef

Born and raised in rural Wisconsin, Chef Justice Neal started his career at a young age. You could almost always find him in his mother's kitchen learning her kitchen confidentials. Chef started participating in local culinary competitions at the age of 12 and even took gold in a few, even at such a young age! At the age of 14, he started his career at his local country club making daily soup and working his way through the line. Most of his adult life has been spent working in high-end, high-profile kitchens in Milwaukee and Chicago. There, he managed two kitchens that made the Michelin Bib Gourmand list. He moved to Florida in 2020 to advance his career in the food and beverage industry. “I look forward to representing Esplanade and providing high end, consistent service to all of our members.”
