Food & Beverage Requirements

Wedding menus are comprised of four hours of open bar, champagne toast, culinary display for the cocktail reception and your choice of dining experience. Whether you desire a classic and formal plated multi course dinner, intimate family style service, or progressive interactive stations Esplanade Golf and Country’s Club Catering and renowned Culinary team is at your side to assist with every detail. In addition to a multitude of chef-inspired culinary enhancements you will be able to create the most fabulous celebration you always dreamed of. Your minimum Food & Beverage expenditure, exclusive of 21 percent taxable service charge and 7 percent Florida state sales tax, will be assessed by your wedding sales coordinator to guarantee use of the event space.

Esplanade Lawn

The Esplanade Lawn features 5,500 square feet of alfresco space for cocktail receptions, themed dinners, wedding ceremonies and receptions. A flexible and dramatic venue for between 2-300 guests.

Tented Area – overlooking the Golf Course

Intimate Venue for Ceremony between 2 – 100 guests.

Main Dining Room – 2,500 sq.ft. – 3,500 sq.ft.

This room features seating for up to 300 guests with a breathtaking view overlooking the 18th green. Floor to ceiling windows allow your guests to appreciate the scenic views and luscious resort-style landscape. The outdoor patio wraps all around and offers a lovely setting for pre-dinner cocktail receptions and more.

Private Dining Room - 870 sq.ft.

Our private dining room provides an intimate setting for a Wedding Celebration. Accommodating up to 60 guests, this quaint event room also includes a private patio area to further enjoy yourself.

Wine Room - 750 sq.ft.

Our Wine Room was designed for private parties, wine dinners and tastings, and other intimate gatherings. Various seating configurations accommodate up to 45 people.

Patio

The Patio features 2,200 square feet of alfresco space for cocktail receptions, themed dinners. A flexible and dramatic venue for between 2-150 guests.

Bahama Bar

The Bahama Bar is Esplanade al fresco dining with the feel of a casual island resort right in your backyard. The Bahama Bar provides guests with a taste of the islands!
